How often do you rebalance my portfolio?

Posted by admin on February 13, 2013

Maintaining a good portfolio is a balancing act. Over time, some of your assets will outperform others, moving you away from your target mix, or asset allocation. At these times, we will rebalance your portfolio to get you back to the allocation that we define for the portfolio you selected.

While we can’t predict when your portfolio will need to be rebalanced, we do regularly monitor your portfolio to make sure it’s aligned with your goals. We also look to your deposits, withdrawals and reinvestment of dividends as ways to maintain the target allocation for your portfolio.
